  3. On the top right-hand side of the page, select the profile icon

Please note the following conditions for accessing your provider certificate:

  • You have passed the course.
  • You have completed the course evaluation.
  • Your Centre Administrator has released the certificate.

Additionally, instructor certificates supersede provider certificates for a course category. For example, if you are/become an instructor of a course category (e.g., ALS instructor), the system will remove the ALS provider certificate and activate the ALS instructor certificate.

RCUK does not reproduce expired certificates. Additionally, the system removes expired certificates automatically.

From the GIC VLE:

  1. Go to https://www.gic-online.org/vle/

  1. Go to the section labelled ‘After the course’; you will be able to download your certificate provided:
    1. You have passed the course.
    2. You have completed the course evaluation.
    3. Your centre administrator has released the certificate.

From the Learning Portal:

  1. Go to https://learning.resus.org.uk/
  2. Log into your account.
  3. On the top right-hand side of the page, select the profile icon.
  4. Then select ‘Certificates’.
