My name is spelt incorrectly on my certificate; can this be corrected?

Please submit a ticket and provide the correct details. We will need the following information to resolve the issue as quickly as possible:

• your course details such as course code, date, course type, e.g. ALS
• your name as you would like it spelt on your certificate.

If you do not have the course details to hand, please attach a copy of the current certificate that needs to be corrected.
