Candidates can be transferred from one course to another course of the same course category (e.g. eALS to 2-day ALS). This is only available for ALS, EPALS and NLS courses; please use the ‘candidate transfer’ function.
Candidates should only be transferred if they have online learning/pre-course multiple-choice-questionnaire recorded progress. If there is no recorded progress, candidate transfer is not required, please unenroll the candidate from the course.
Follow the below steps for candidate transfer:
- go to the required course
- under the ‘Navigation’ block, select the ‘Enrolled users’
- under the ‘Transfer user’ column, there will be a series of buttons for your upcoming course dates for the centre
- select the button where you wish to transfer the candidate.
Candidates who have cancelled their attendance and have recorded progress, please transfer the candidate on to the new course date. However, if the Candidate has not confirmed the new course date and/or the new course date is not available for a transfer, please transfer the Candidate on to your ‘Candidate Transfer List’ (holding place).
Please note, you cannot transfer a Candidate from a course once the ‘course date’ has passed. For further support, please submit a ticket and provide the Candidate’s full name, email, and professional registration number (if available). Also confirm the course ID and the course date.
