Can I transfer a candidate's progress from one course to another?

Candidate’s progress (if available) can be transferred from one course to another course of the same course category (e.g. eALS to 2-day ALS). This is only available for ALS, EPALS and NLS courses; please use the ‘candidate transfer’ function. 

If you un-enroll a Candidate instead of using the candidate transfer function, then their recorded progress will be lost, and it cannot be recovered.

Please note, you cannot transfer a Candidate from a course if the course date has passed. For further support, please submit a ticket and provide the individual’s full name, email, and professional registration number (if available). Also confirm the course ID and the course date.
