How do I cancel a course in full?

For ALS, ARNI, EPALS, ILSi, and NLS courses:

Please submit a ticket confirming the name of your Course Centre, the course date and course code (if known). 

A course transfer registration voucher will be issued and is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and cannot be re-issued if it expires. Vouchers can only be issued if a course is cancelled in full; we are unable to issue vouchers for unused registrations on a course. 

Please remember to un-enrol Candidates and Instructors from your cancelled course. However, for ALS, EPALS and NLS Candidates who has recorded online learning/pre-course multiple-choice-questionnaire progress should be transferred onto the new course (if available) or to your candidate transfer list, so that their completed progress is not lost.

For ILS and PILS courses:

You are not required to notify us about course cancellation. 

However, the system will automatically remove courses if:

• the candidate result sheet has not been submitted, and
• the course date has passed 120 days.

Please remember to un-enrol Candidates and Instructors from the cancelled course.
