Here is a list of post-course tasks for all course categories, which must be completed within one week of the course completion.

Post-course tasks

Additional information

Faculty list

Centre Admin must finalise the list before the face-to-face course, with faculty enrolled or unenrolled as appropriate. This will be reflected in the faculty’s teaching history and on the evaluation form for the enrolled course.

Candidates Results

Centre Admin must submit resit results in the candidate’s initial course attended.

Director’s Report

Course and medical directors can access the report if:

  • The Centre Admin has completed the Faculty List.
  • The Centre Admin has completed the Candidates Results.
  • They are enrolled in their respective roles for the course. If they are enrolled as an instructor for a course, they will not have access to the Director's reports or Course Evaluation analysis report.

Candidate Evaluation

The centre administrator, course director and medical director can review candidates’ anonymous feedback.

Release Certificates

The system will list candidates with a pass grade from the Candidates Results page.

Centre Admin are responsible for releasing certificates. As soon as this is done, the system will notify the candidate that their certificate is available for download, provided they have also completed the Candidate Evaluation, from their LMS account.

The following post-course paperwork should be emailed to courses@resus.org.uk.

  1. The programme includes a breakdown of the instructor allocations for the testing station.
  2. Instructor Potential (IP) forms.
  3. Instructor Candidate (IC) forms.
  4. Instructor Recertification forms.

Please do not post any paperwork to RCUK; these must be stored locally.
