How do I submit candidate re-sit results?

For ALS, ARNI, EPALS, and NLS candidates must complete their re-sits within three months from taking the initial course.

For ILS and PILS candidates must complete their re-sits within one month of taking the initial course.

If the candidate is outside of the course’s re-sit window period, and they have exceptional circumstances, please submit a ticket. 

Re-sit result must be submitted where the candidate undertook their initial course. If you have access to the course, follow the below steps:

• go to the required course
• under the ‘Post-course tasks’ section, select ‘Submit candidates result sheet’
• enter the results for the activated field(s)
• Select ‘Submit course results’.

If the candidate’s result has been affected, please remember to release the certificate.

If the candidate has completed their re-sit at a different course centre, please get in touch with the original course centre and confirm candidate’s re-sit result.
