How do I download my course certificates:

For ALS, ARNI, EPALS, FEEL, ILSi, ILS, NLS and PILS courses:

Please go to the LMS. Once you have successfully logged into your account, your course certificate can be downloaded from the home page, under 'Certificates' as shown below; select the available listed course type(s) to download a PDF copy of the certificate.

For GIC:

Please go to the GIC VLE. Once you have successfully logged in, follow the below steps:

1. on the header menu go to ‘My courses’
2. next to the course select ‘Link to page’
3. go to the section labelled ‘Candidate - after the course’, and complete:
   • the post-course feedback questionnaire
   • update your personal information
   • a link will then appear to download a PDF copy of your certificate.

For BLSi course:

Please go to the Learning Portal. Once you have successfully logged in, on the header under your initials, expand the menu; there will be an option for ‘Certificates’.
