How do I view or update my profile / change my password / log out of my account?

Registered centre administrator, faculty, and candidates of the following courses, will have an account on our Learning Management System (LMS).

• ALS (Advanced Life Support)
• ARNI (Advanced Resuscitation of the Newborn Infant)
• EPALS (European Paediatric Advanced Life Support)
• ILS (Immediate Life Support)
• ILSi (Immediate Life Support Instructor)
• NLS (Newborn Life Support)
• PILS (Paediatric Immediate Life Support)

Important note: if you are a registered centre administrator, you cannot use the account to teach on courses or attend courses as a candidate. You must have a separate account for these roles. 

As the account holder, you have full control over your profile. You can update your personal details, email, password, and communication preferences at any time. 

From your profile page, you will also be able to view your:

• Membership details (if available)
• Enrolled courses
• Teaching history (if applicable)
• Allocated system roles e.g. candidate
• Log out of your account

Follow the steps below:

1. Log into your LMS account.
2. On the top right side of any screen, select the profile icon:A list of options will be presented:

If a system role is missing e.g. ALS instructor role, within your profile, please submit a ticket for additional support.
